About GY Digital

Quick intro:
I'm Romain.

I build websites for local businesses. No agency, no middlemen, just me. You always talk straight to the person who makes your site.

Who I am

A maker, not a salesman.

I grew up with computers and code. A website isn't some mystery to me, it's something I enjoy and do well. I've only just started GY Digital, and I'm honest about that: I'm young and just getting going. What does that mean for you? Someone who's fully invested, keeps the price sharp, and that you simply have on the line yourself whenever you need something.

What I do

More than a pretty front.

What I'm really good at is the tech behind a site. Not just how it looks, but what runs underneath: forms that work, a booking system, your own admin panel where you change your own text and prices. I build with my own code, so your site stays light and fast and you're not stuck with a pile of plugins. A lot of people stop at the surface. I actually like helping you with the part that takes real work off your hands.

Truly custom

My own code, built around your business and not a template

Yours to manage

A simple panel where you edit text, prices and photos yourself

Smart under the hood

Bookings, forms and automation that save you time

How I work

Calm, honest and careful.

I don't build your site blindly. I check every line of code myself, and I treat your data and your customers' data with care. I won't promise you the moon. I'll promise you a site that does what we agreed, and someone who honestly tells you what's possible and what isn't. I'd rather do that than make nice noises.

You talk to the maker

No account manager, no queue. You have me directly.

Honest advice

I'll happily tell you when something isn't needed. That saves you money.

You're tied to nothing

No mandatory subscription. If you want to leave later, you take your site with you.

“A website should work for you, not the other way around.”

How it came about

From tinkering to GY Digital.

The start
01

Curiosity

It started with wanting to understand how websites and programs actually work. Lots of trying things, lots of breaking and fixing.

Then
02

Really learning to build

From small projects to real programs and sites. I noticed what I love most is the part others skip: the tech that takes real work off a business's hands.

Now
03

GY Digital

The step to really make something of it, for local businesses. Small, personal and sharply priced, because you don't need a big agency for that.

Why solo

Staying small is a choice.

I work on my own, and that's deliberate. No layers in between means you get an answer faster and your site ends up exactly as we agreed, with no noise along the way. I'm honest about what works and just as honest about what doesn't, and because I don't have an expensive office to pay for, the price stays low for you. Being small isn't a downside, it's exactly why it works.

Enough about me.

Tell me about your business instead. A short chat costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
