Hospitality: restaurant, brasserie, café, catering

Website for restaurants in Mechelen & Flemish Brabant

You know the rhythm of a service: it's busy, the phone rings for a booking, and right then someone is waiting at a table. I get that. So I build hospitality sites where guests book their own table and where your menu opens smoothly on a phone, so they already know what they'll eat before they walk in. The technical side (reservations, a menu you edit yourself, the link with Google) is on me. You focus on your place. I've just started out and I work solo, so you always have me directly on the line.

What it costs you today

  • Menu doesn't scroll on mobile, customers call competitors
  • No online reservations, service staff picks up the phone mid-shift
  • Outdated Google hours, angry customers at a closed door
  • Amateur photos, food doesn't look appetising
  • Menu as PDF, Google cannot index your dishes
  • Competitor ranks higher for "restaurant Mechelen", they get the diners

What's included

Mobile-first menu

Clickable card, category filters, perfect on any screen. No more pinch-to-zoom PDFs.

Online booking 24/7

Guests book themselves, even at 11pm when nobody picks up the phone at your place. You get an email or WhatsApp notification. Nobody interrupts your service for a table anymore.

Google sync

Your hours, menu and booking link stay in line with your Google profile. One place to update, not five.

Instagram feed

Your latest photos appear on the homepage by themselves. You post anyway, so those images do double duty.

Local SEO

People who type "restaurant Mechelen", "brunch Vilvoorde" or "terrace Zemst" find you. Exactly the words your neighbourhood uses.

Self-service menu

A dish gone, a price up, a daily special added: you log in and change it yourself in two minutes. No designer or me needed to move a comma.

Concrete

Time and budget

  • Pack "Booking": from €850
  • Upgrade to Webshop from €1,400 (online ordering + takeaway)
  • Delivery in 2-3 weeks
  • Maintenance included for small tweaks

Frequently asked

I already use TheFork, do I still need a site?

Those tools are a booking system, not a website. They take a commission on every cover and the visibility you build is theirs, not yours. With your own site and built-in booking you keep that commission and get found on your own name. You can happily run both side by side, but leaning on a single platform is always a risk.

My menu changes often, do I have to call every time?

No, and that's exactly the point. I build a control panel where you log in, change a price or add a dish, done in two minutes. You're not tied to me for every small tweak.

My nephew would do it for free, what's the difference?

Honestly: if your nephew can do it and has the time, that saves you money. The difference usually lives in what's missing behind the scenes: reservations that really work, a Google link, and someone who picks up when something breaks six months in. I work in one fixed package and you have me personally on the line. A short call to compare costs nothing.

What if I don't have professional photos yet?

No problem. Phone shots are often usable after selection and editing. For atmosphere images, we can use royalty-free visuals that match your type of venue. No need for a photographer to launch: photos can always be upgraded later.
