A building site changes every week, and a finished project deserves better than a photo from the pavement. From the air you see the whole area in one shot: what is up, what is left and how the whole thing sits in its surroundings.

- Recording progress: the same shot from the same position every month gives a series a client understands at once.
- Checking a roof or a hard-to-reach area without a ladder or a lift. For a first assessment that is often enough.
- Completion footage for your portfolio. A finished house or a new company building only comes into its own from above.

What it roughly costs
For a one-off flight we agree a fixed price, from 70 euros. If you follow a site monthly, the price per visit drops. Tell me how long your project runs and I will work it out.
Frequently asked questions
Can you fly over an active site?
Over the client's own site yes, in consultation with site management and at a moment when nobody is directly under the drone. I check cranes and nearby high-rise in advance, as they set the height I can safely work at.
Can you inspect a roof?
I can put a roof on camera so you see where the problem is. A proper survey is expert work; I deliver the footage they can work from.
Does this work in winter?
Yes, as long as it is dry and the wind allows it. Daylight is shorter, so we plan around midday.
Can I get the same angle every month?
I make sure of that. I note the position and the height so the series looks like one whole.
