Drone for real estate

Aerial photos for real estate

A listing with fifteen photos taken from the street says little about where a house actually sits. One aerial shot does: the plot, the garden, the drive, the neighbourhood and how close the water or the greenery is. That is exactly what a buyer wants to know before picking up the phone.

I work for owners selling privately and for agents who want to stand out.

What an aerial shot solves here

  • The size of the plot finally becomes clear. On a plan it is a number, from the air people simply see it.
  • The location tells its own story: near a park, on the water, at the edge of the village or close to the main road.
  • A large garden or a drive for three cars is a selling point that does not fit in a photo of the front.
  • A property that looks ordinary from the street often turns out to be far deeper or roomier from above.

What you get

A short video

A calm half-minute flight around the property, ideal to open an advert with.

Optionally a 360 tour

Looking around inside from a computer, so only genuinely interested people come by.

What it roughly costs

For a house with a garden it comes down to one flight and a set of edited images: from 70 euros. With an edited video included, expect 150 to 200 euros. If you sell several properties a year, we agree a fixed price per property.

Frequently asked questions

Are you allowed to fly over a home?

Over the client's own property yes, if the airspace allows it. I keep my distance from other people's houses and I do not point the camera at neighbours' gardens. That is the rule and simply decent.

Do you need the owner's permission?

Yes. If you are an agent, the owner's consent is enough. I always ask for it before flying.

How soon do I have the footage?

Usually within two or three working days after the flight. If a publication is urgent, say so beforehand.

Does this work for building land too?

Certainly, and there it is clearest of all. For a plot, an aerial shot is about the only thing that shows shape, surface and surroundings at once.

Need your own site as well?

If you are selling privately, I put that footage on a page of your own with your contact details, instead of only on someone else's platform.
