Why Zemst suits this well
- Zemst is green and loosely built. Outside the village centres there is rarely a reason a flight cannot happen, so it can often go ahead within the week.
- The Hofstade estate, the Zenne and the canal give backdrops a ground-level photo never reaches.
- Many businesses here are self-employed people with land: contractors, landscapers, stables, hospitality with a large garden. Those are exactly the ones that read in a single aerial shot.
- The E19 runs straight through the municipality. If your business sits near an exit, that is a selling point you can literally show from the air.
- Eppegem is the part closest to Brussels and therefore closest to the airport approach. For most of the village that is no problem, but it is the corner of Zemst where I check the address most carefully before we set a date.

Yes. Eppegem is part of Zemst and I live in the municipality myself, so I am there within ten minutes. I do check your address first: Eppegem sits closest to the Brussels Airport approach, so the airspace there is stricter than in the rest of Zemst. Usually it is simply fine, and if not I say so plainly.
Do you need clearance for Zemst?
Usually not, as most of the municipality is free airspace. I always check the address, because near the E19 or certain zones rules do apply.
May you fly over my neighbours' garden?
I keep my distance from houses and gardens that are not yours, and I point the camera at your property. Neighbours' privacy is not just good manners, it is in the rules.

Gladly. You can say on the spot which shot you want and you see the result straight away.
How much footage do I get?
