Drone for estate agents
A property with an aerial photo gets more clicks than the same property without one. You know that, but arranging a drone pilot per file is more work than it is worth. So I would rather do them in batches: you gather a few addresses, I fly them on one day, and you get the footage back within two days. No subscription, you simply order when it suits you.
How it works in practice
- You gather a few addresses and let me know when there are enough. I fly them on one day. That is the whole reason the price per property drops below a one-off job: the travel is shared across several properties.
- Per property you get a set of edited aerial photos: the plot, the garden, the position in the street and a view of the roof. On request, a short video for the listing site or social media.
- I check per address whether a height restriction or a clearance applies. Around Mechelen and Vilvoorde that is regularly the case. If an address cannot be done, I say so straight away and you pay nothing for it.
- The footage is yours, including for your own site, listing portals and the shop window. I charge nothing extra for that and only use it myself with your agreement.
- I do not fly over a crowd and I do not take a drone inside a home. For interiors, your own photographer or a 360 tour remains the right choice.
What agents mostly use it for
Properties with land
A house with a garden, a farmstead or a building plot. From the pavement nobody sees how big the plot is; from above they do.
Showing the location
Close to the station, by the water, at the edge of the fields. One image replaces three lines of description.
Flats with a view
What can you see from the sixth floor? I can film that at height without anyone needing the keys.
Development land
A subdivision or project site as a whole, with its surroundings. Useful for the file and for the prospective buyer.
What a working arrangement costs
A single property costs 50 euros. Have several done on the same day and the price per property drops: 120 euros for three, 210 euros for six. Each time a separate order, with no subscription and no commitment. You simply call again when you have another few lined up.

Frequently asked questions
What if a property drops out at the last minute?
You put another in its place, or it moves to the next time. I invoice per trip and not per address, precisely to avoid that kind of hassle.
Do we have to commit to a number per month?
No. There is no subscription and no minimum. You order when you have a few properties together, and if a month is quiet you pay nothing.
Do you work outside the Mechelen area?
Up to about half an hour of driving, at the same rate. Further afield is possible, but then I count the travel and say so up front.
May we publish the footage on listing portals and our own site?
Yes, on all your channels, including in the window and in print. The footage is yours once it is paid for.
How quickly do we get the footage?
Within two working days of the flight. For an urgent file usually the same day, weather permitting.
Can you also make a 360 tour of the interior?
Yes, but that is different work and a different price. A 360 tour starts from 150 euros and is not part of the price per property.
