What a drone flight costs

A starting price per package, excluding and including VAT, and a fixed price for your address in advance. The price depends on what you get, not on what is in the picture: a house or a field costs the same.

  • Aerial photos

    One flight and a set of edited photos of one place, from straight above and at an angle.

  • Photos + video

    The same as Aerial photos, plus the video footage of the flight in 4K, as separate clips for your site or social media.

    For: Business, hospitality, sports club.

  • Roof and gutters up close

    I fly close along every roof face, the gutters, the chimney and the panels. You get the photos sorted per side and the video of the full circuit. What they show is for you or your roofer to judge.

    For: House, owners' association and property manager, roofer, solar panels.

  • At a set moment

    I am there at the agreed time and wait for the right moment: the arrival, the setup, the group photo from above. You get edited photos and the video footage. It ties up a fixed day and hour, often a Saturday.

    Panoramic photos of your place, inside and out, linked with clickable points. Visitors walk through your business online, on phone and computer.

    For: Business, hospitality, holiday home, venue for hire.

A fixed price up front

Send me the address, what you want and when. Within two working days you get a fixed price, and it does not change after that. It only goes above the starting price for more than one place or more time on site. Outside the municipality of Zemst, travel comes on top.

What I do not deliver

  • No thermal imaging.
  • No 3D measurement, lidar or survey to the centimetre.
  • No inspection report. I am not a roofing expert: you get footage, and you or your contractor judge what it shows.

That is why I cost less than companies that do.

All amounts exclude VAT. As a private customer you pay 21% VAT on top: that is the incl. VAT amount under each price.

Travel

Several addresses in one trip share one travel cost. All amounts excl. VAT.

Several addresses or a fixed series

No subscription and no commitment: you order when it suits you, and the price per address drops because I fly them in one trip.

For estate agents

  • One property: 85 euros photos only, 150 euros with the video footage
  • Three properties in one trip: 210 euros, so 70 euros per property, photos only
  • Six properties in one trip: 390 euros, so 65 euros per property, plus the video footage of one property of your choice

  • Site follow-up in an agreed series: 110 euros per visit, photos and video footage
  • Roofs for quotes from five roofs: 95 euros per roof

Questions about the price

Do the prices include VAT?

No, all amounts exclude VAT. Each package also shows the amount including VAT: that is what you pay as a private customer.

When do I pay?

After the flight. I send the invoice, and as soon as it is paid you get the download link with the footage. I do not ask for a deposit.

What if the weather does not cooperate?

Then the flight does not go ahead and we look for a new date. In rain or strong wind the footage is not usable and the drone is not safe.

Does an address near the airport cost more?

No. If your address is in controlled airspace, like part of the area around Brussels Airport, I first ask for permission. That takes some time, not money.
